Snowflake Lace Countdown / Advent Calendar Sliding Ornament - Counting up or down with 24 or 25 days

Description:

This purchase includes a file for making this sliding Snowflake Ornament in 3 layers, that count down from 25/24 to 1 or UP from 1 to 25/24 with a layered snowflake lace on top.

The files includes a 25 numbers and 24 numbers version to use as a Countdown Ornament or a Advent Calendar.

There's additional Snowflakes incleude, that can be layered on top of the "lace" or you can keep it as one layer. There´s also a "half" snowflake to layer on the lever, that makes the numbers turn.

The file is made easy for scoring and cutting and the pictured pieces is made from 4mm (1/8”) plywood and are set to measure approximately 10cm/4”

Assembling couldn't be easier and doesn't require any hardware.

Make sure to sand the slider part on both sides, so you remove a little material and make it nice and smooth, which will make the sliding go easier. Optional you can add a piece of paper/cardboard on the center round, to make it a tiny bit wider.

Apply glue to the middle center piece of the slider and glue it to the back and front of the ornament. Optionally use a staple gun and staple it to the back, this will help lifting the front a bit.

Finally glue your snowflakes on top as you prefer.

You can use whatever thickness of material as well as resize it as long as you resize everything.
