Snowflake Homedecor Tray - Quilted Herringbone Puzzle Layered, Patchwork Farmhouse Design

This purchase includes the files for making this gorgeous Snowflake Tray.

The file is made easy for painting and making, since it's a cut only file, that are easily puzzled together.

You can make it from plywood, whiteboard, acrylic etc. and it is set to measure approx. 18”x10.5” / 46x27cm.

The tray consists of 3 layers and I recommend cutting the bottom and frame from thicker material and the middle layer from thinner material.

The top frame come in a full shaped and split version, depending what you like best.

It also includes 3 versions of Snowflakes to cover the assembled edges.

This is actually really easy to make, since the middle layer (snowflake) is cut as a puzzle, so you just paint the parts, add glue to the the bottom and assemble the "puzzle" - Glue the split or full frame on top and use clamps + something heavy to keep everything in place, while drying.

To make it food safe, you can stain with food safe varnish/staining or use food grade sealant such as Shellac.

The pictured is made from 10 mm and 4 mm plywood, sealed with food graded varnish from LUXENS and painted as shown in my painting/assembling tutorial that can be found here:

The design may be used for other surfaces besides the included tray cut file and are resizable as well.
