S'mores Station Serving Tray with Interchangeable Sides & engraved bottom recipe

This purchase includes files for this super cute and practical S'mores Station tray with S'mores themed sides and blank frames for the interchangeable sides that can be found in my Inlay Trays section.
This tray is divided, so you can have your S'mores stick in one end and the rest on top op the engraved "How to make delicious S'mores" design, that is also included in the files.
You could even skip this and add your own design.

Files contain 3 different plans for 3.8"(5.32 mm) - 1/4"(6,25 mm) and .393" (10 mm) materials such as plywood, acrylic, mdf or hardwood.
A slot tester is included and recommended to cut before cutting the tray.

The layered sides should be made from thinner material, such as 1/8" or 4 mm.
The pictured tray is made from 10 mm and 4 mm poplar plywood.

The tray is sized to be able to fit smaller lasers as well, like Glowforge.
The inside measures of the tray are approximately 14"x10.5" / 35.5 x 26 cm when assembled and 2.5" / 6.5 cm high edges. The outside size will vary, depending on what thickness of material you'll use.

Start by pushing the handle parts on the bottom together with the divider and then the sides. Glue is definitely recommended, though these are snug fit. The frames are glued on the sides and the pattern could be glued for permanent result or hold by light tack glue or "teachers gum" for an interchangeable option.
For heavy carrying I advise, that you make this from the thickest material possible and maybe even nail the bottom.
