Oval Spa rattan frame sign / door hanger farmhouse style, blank frame + back included

Description:

This purchase includes the file for this 11x14.8" (28x37,5cm) oval 2 layered Bathroom sign with rattan lace pattern between frames.

The file includes the layered Bathroom text and engraved text + shiplap lines and scored lines for text and frame alignment. You can choose between a version with the pattern cut on the back or you can cut it in the frame part. The file also include blank versions with shiplack lines, pattern and frames only, so you can customize it however you like.

These can be made with plywood, MDF, acrylic, hardwood and whatever material you like. The pictured sign is made from 4mm plywood back and 10mm plywood frame, but you can use whatever thickness of material you want and layer another frame if you want it deeper.

The size is made to fit the Laundry beaded frame sign, so you can mix and match the frames and designs as you wish.

Assembling is easy, start by gluing on the text to the back, then the outer frame, optional the rattan cut part and at last the inner frame. I actually used a stapler gun for the outer frame from the back, to ensure a stronger hold as my back was a little warped.

You can resize the sign, just be aware that the pattern will be bigger or smaller as well - also remember to layer both parts before resizing.
