Description:
This purchase includes a file for making this Arabesque Patterned sliding Countdown Ornament in 4 layers with a optional layered Countdown To Christmas on top.
The files includes a 25 numbers and 24 numbers version and a engraved + scored version of the wheel. Also it includes a hanger back for ornament and a round back for magnets or adhesive pads.
The font names are included, in case you want to personalize it.
The file is made easy for scoring/engraving and cutting and the pictured pieces is made from 4mm (1/8”) plywood and are set to measure approximately 10cm/4”
Assembling couldn't be easier and doesn't require any hardware.

Make sure to sand the wheel on both sides, so you remove a little material and make it nice and smooth, which will make the sliding go easier. Optionally you can add a piece of paper/cardboard on the center round, to make it a tiny bit thicker.
Apply glue to the middle center piece of the wheel and glue it to the back and front of the piece.
Optionally (and recommended) use a stapler and staple it to the back, this will help lifting the front a bit.
Glue the front in place.
You can use whatever thickness of material as well as resize it as long as you resize everything.
